Mallorca Property Collection is an independent specialist real estate agency, led by Julian Cunningham-Bond.
With a sustained career in international real-estate, Julian has been active in the sale and purchase of luxury properties in Mallorca since 2007. In that time, he has assisted hundreds of discerning buyers in negotiating the intricacies of choosing and purchasing a home on the island, as well as assisting many demanding sellers in realising the true value of their properties. We believe the knowledge we bring to each sale or purchase we handle, the service we offer and our standards of professional practice are unsurpassed.
Mallorca Property Collection is the sister company to property search agency Mallorca Property Concierge, headed up by Julian’s partner Michelle Cunningham-Bond.
Julian Cunningham-Bond
I have been engaged in luxury real estate for almost 25 years. With a RICS accredited Honours degree in Real Estate Management, I first sold select properties in the Costwolds, before joining a sizeable London property developer to consult on exclusive residential builds in the capital.
Moving to Knight Frank, the worlds leading independent agency, in 2004, I initially consulted with leading development firms on the specification and subsequent sales of prestige residential developments around the world. In 2007 I moved to International Resales, assuming responsibility as Associate Partner for the Balearics and Caribbean. While my principal Caribbean interest focused on Barbados, it was Mallorca that quickly captured my heart in the Balearics.
In 2010 I purchased an estate agency business in Deia, developing deep personal expertise around this uniquely desirable town, and reinforcing the reputation I had by then established in the profession in Mallorca.
Two years later I teamed up with Michelle to establish Mallorca Property Concierge, the select property search business which we ran together for a decade, and which she continues to run today.
