Bunyola

Just 9 miles north of Palma, in the Eastern foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, the municipality of Bunyola covers an area of just over 30 square miles.

The town of Bunyola itself is traditional and unspoilt, an inland Mallorcan thoroughfare of steep slopes and narrow streets with charming but unassuming houses of local stone, a single cross-town main street and a little centre with a few shops and restaurants. The town enjoys spectacular surrounding countryside, meaning there are few locations better for walking, trekking or taking to the mountain roads on a bike.

One of Bunyola's greatest virtues, however, is its fantastic connectivity to Palma, no more than 15 minutes away by road, and to Soller, just a short drive away through the Soller Tunnel.
