The West, Deià
Only in Deia! A dream, four bedroom and three bathroom heritage house in this famously lovely village. Magnificently decorated and offered fully furnished, this is as romantic and lovingly crafted a house as would be possible to find.
With its exposed beams, painted plaster, pebble pool surround, terracotta tiles, rambling and overhanging plantings and breathtaking mountain views, it's hard to imagine a more authentic slice of Deia living. There's a beautiful, comfortable and cosy living room and traditional kitchen, with underfloor heating and an original angled fireplace nestled in its corner ready for winter. There are two double bedrooms, one with bathroom ensuite, and the other of which shares a second bathroom with the charming single bedroom. In every case, and throughout the house, each item of furnishing has been selected and placed with exquisite taste and attention to detail, creating a home that is both enchanting and ready to move into. The entire top floor of the property is consumed by the master bedroom, complete with its own sitting room with fireplace and ensuite bathroom with roll top slipper bath and shower.

Deià
With dramatic views of the Mediterranean, the coastal village of Deia, in the North West of the island south of Soller, lies in a steep valley at the foot of the Teix mountain.
The village's unique and ever-changing ambience has been a magnet for artists, poets and writers for more than a century. In modern times it has been a home from home for some of the music business's best known names, whose privacy and anonymity are respected here by all, simply as a matter of course.
With its traditional green-shuttered, honey-coloured stone houses, Deia is one of the prettiest villages in the Balearics. In the centre of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site, from the village it's easy to spend unforgettable summer days dipping in and out of the sea at Cala Deia, travelling from cove to cove and dining on perfect paella at Ca’s Patro March. In the late afternoon, the sinking sun paints the surrounding mountains an incredible burnt orange, tinged with all the shades of indigo, violet and pink imaginable.
Evenings, too, are a delight in Deia. Dine at the Michelin-starred Es Raco des Teix or one of the other intimate eateries, before moving on to enjoy a fabulous late night at Sa Fonda.
