Mallorca Property Collection is Knight Frank’s licensed partner on the island, a partnership built on shared values of integrity, discretion and a clear belief in doing things properly.
Together we pair the global reach of the world’s leading independent real estate consultancy with a depth of local understanding shaped over many years of working at the highest level of the Mallorcan market.
The agency is led by Julian Cunningham-Bond, whose career in luxury property has taken him from the Cotswolds to London, Europe and the Caribbean. After joining Knight Frank in 2004, he advised leading developers on prime residential projects and later took responsibility for international resales across the Balearics and the Caribbean. Mallorca became his focus, and in 2010 he acquired an agency in Deia, deepening his knowledge of the island and the communities that define it.

In 2012, Julian and his wife Michelle Cunningham-Bond founded Mallorca Property Concierge, a dedicated buying agency created to offer private clients a higher standard of representation than the island had previously known.
For more than fifteen years, they have worked closely with discerning buyers from around the world, personally searching the island and understanding not only its homes, but the lifestyles and considerations that shape each decision. Their experience spans every major region of Mallorca, giving them a rare sense of how people truly live on the island and what defines the essence of its many micro markets.
This first hand, island wide knowledge sits at the heart of Mallorca Property Collection today. It shapes the way we curate our portfolio, the advice we give and the standards we uphold. Our approach is not defined by multiple offices or large teams, but by personal involvement, continuity and judgement built over time.

In 2026, we opened our office in Bendinat, a luxurious and refined space that reflects who we are, the brands we have built over the past fifteen years and the level of service we believe in.
