The North

The North of Mallorca is one of the island’s most complete regions, defined by variety natural beauty and choice. From the historic streets of Pollença and the long waterfront of Port de Pollença to the beaches of Playa de Muro and the dramatic coastline of Formentor, this is a part of the island that offers something for everyone. Mountains, sea, towns and open space sit side by side, creating a region that feels generous, open and endlessly liveable.

What sets the North apart is the sheer range of lifestyles it offers.

Families are drawn to the ease of life between beaches, towns and activities, while those who love the outdoors have immediate access to hiking, cycling and the Tramuntana mountains. Alcúdia and Bonaire provide established residential areas close to marinas and golf, while Alcanada is prized for its sea views and renowned golf course. Cala Sant Vicenç offers a quieter village feel with coves and walking routes, and Port de Pollença brings sailing, long beaches and one of the island’s most scenic waterfront promenades.

With historic towns, protected landscapes, marinas, beaches and endless activities all within easy reach, the North remains one of Mallorca’s most enduring and successful second home destinations.
