This beautiful Mallorquin home captures the pure essence of authentic coastal living. With endless sea views, vine-covered terraces, and total privacy surrounded by mature Mediterranean gardens. It is a place of timeless charm and a haven for those who dream of life by the sea.
Only a few homes form part of the exclusive neighbourhood of Alconàsser, and this exceptional property sits at the very end of the lane, right above the water. The romantic atmosphere and the sound of the sea below make this one of Mallorca’s rare true waterfront houses. Built in 1973 by a Mallorquin family, the house is a classic example of local architecture, with beautiful stone façades and traditional persianas. The lovely main terrace is the heart of the home, where days unfold beneath a pergola draped in mature vines. From here, the gentle movement of llaüts and yachts across the water can be admired, while the peaceful sound of the sea creates a soothing rhythm. Several additional terraces provide inviting areas for lounging and dining, one with a barbecue for long summer evenings. A few steps above, the magnificent swimming pool sparkles in brilliant blue, surrounded by pure nature and Mediterranean greenery.
About the property
Inside, the main house features a kitchen and dining room opening onto the terrace, along with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper level offers an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the vine-covered pergola, where sea views unfold. The main bedroom enjoys panoramic views of the coast, accompanied by another bedroom and bathroom on the same level. From here, a beautiful shaded terrace sits beneath a grand old tree, the perfect spot for quiet afternoons. Higher up, a charming guest house with fireplace and private garden leads to the original artist’s studio once used for painting by the home’s first owner. Across the terraced gardens, old stone steps connect one level to the next, allowing romantic strolls throughout the 2,814 m² plot. Below the main terrace lies additional guest accommodation with two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as access to a flat garden area near the water’s edge.
Life in this home flows in perfect harmony with the sea. Just steps from the house, a stone path leads down to a small calita, where the sparkling turquoise waters invite you to swim and explore. The property’s private boathouse and sea access allow for refreshing morning swims or afternoons spent gliding across the water. The entire estate is surrounded by lush, mature gardens, offering complete privacy and shade beneath native trees. With its ETV rental licence, the home can be enjoyed as a tranquil private retreat or as an attractive investment. Rarely does a property combine so many beautiful, flat garden areas, varied terraces, and such timeless Mallorquin charm, all crowned by the most breathtaking sea views imaginable. It perfectly captures the relaxed rhythm and romance of Mediterranean waterfront living.

Deia
With dramatic views of the Mediterranean, the coastal village of Deia, in the North West of the island south of Soller, lies in a steep valley at the foot of the Teix mountain.
The village's unique and ever-changing ambience has been a magnet for artists, poets and writers for more than a century. In modern times it has been a home from home for some of the music business's best known names, whose privacy and anonymity are respected here by all, simply as a matter of course.
With its traditional green-shuttered, honey-coloured stone houses, Deia is one of the prettiest villages in the Balearics. In the centre of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site, from the village it's easy to spend unforgettable summer days dipping in and out of the sea at Cala Deia, travelling from cove to cove and dining on perfect paella at Ca’s Patro March. In the late afternoon, the sinking sun paints the surrounding mountains an incredible burnt orange, tinged with all the shades of indigo, violet and pink imaginable.
Evenings, too, are a delight in Deia. Dine at the Michelin-starred Es Raco des Teix or one of the other intimate eateries, before moving on to enjoy a fabulous late night at Sa Fonda.
