Camp de Mar
Camp de Mar is an established second-home destination in Mallorca’s South West, known for its beautiful beach, golf and a collection of exceptional homes overlooking the sea and Tramuntana mountains.
The beach has always been central to Camp de Mar. Wide, sandy and beautifully sheltered, it is instantly recognisable for La Illeta, reached by a wooden footbridge and still one of those places everyone associates with summers here. The area has attracted international owners for decades, with its first hotel opening as far back as 1932.
Golf de Andratx sits immediately behind the beach, while restaurants including Maria 5 and Campino have become part of life here. Port d’Andratx is just along the coast, with Sant Elm and the mountains equally close, giving Camp de Mar a particularly good position within the South West.
Property here has changed considerably over the years. Later development created the opportunity for larger villas, particularly along the stretch towards Port d’Andratx, where some exceptional houses now enjoy extraordinary sea views.
What we love about Camp de Mar is that it feels quite contained. Beach, golf and restaurants are all here, yet within a short drive you have Port d’Andratx, the mountains and some of the most beautiful parts of the South West.
