Deià
Deià was the reason we both moved to Mallorca from London. It has a feeling that gets into your heart and stays there. Once it draws you in, it is very hard to leave.
Deià is one of Mallorca’s most recognised and desired villages, not for scale or show, but for its rare atmosphere. The energy is tangible, the sense of place immediate, and the cala sits quietly below as part of daily life. People come for the village itself, for its setting and the feeling it gives. Intimate, magnetic and unmistakably its own.
Deià holds a unique position in Mallorca. It is renowned for its beauty, its atmosphere and the crowd it quietly draws in.
Life here centres around a small number of iconic places: the cala, Sa Fonda, Sebastiáns, Es Racó des Teix, Ca’s Patró March and Nama Deià. Everything is contained within the village itself. No one comes here to impress. People come for Deià. The views are extraordinary, but it is the lifestyle and energy that truly set it apart.
