Boats in the ocean

Sóller

Sóller is one of those places that feels exactly as beautiful as you hope it will. A proper town in the mountains, full of light, life and a sense that you have truly arrived.

Set within the Tramuntana, Sóller is the natural heart of the west and works exactly as a second home town should. Life centres around the weekly markets, local cafés, artisans and everyday shopping with a basket in hand. It is a proper local town, lived in all year, with mountains, sea and daily life all naturally woven together.

A tram on a tramline

Sóller offers one of the most complete ways of living in the Tramuntana. The town is shaped by its markets, its produce, bakeries, local community, artisans and café life.

Cycling and hiking are part of daily routine here, with endless routes leading straight into the mountains. The vintage tram runs through the town and down to Port de Sóller, linking everyday life to the sea in a way that still feels completely authentic. It is full of life and movement, without ever losing its local identity. It is substantial, alive all year and effortlessly beautiful. Port de Sóller is the magical partner to the town, a perfect horseshoe bay where sea and mountains meet, framed by the lighthouse, waterfront restaurants and beaches that turn a beautiful place into somewhere people stay.
