The West
The Tramuntana is a UNESCO World Heritage site and it shows in every direction you look. The views are vast and layered, and the landscape feels both powerful and deeply peaceful at the same time. It is a feeling people recognise immediately. Once people fall in love with the West of Mallorca, they tend to stay.
There is something about the Tramuntana that draws people in quietly and holds them there. The light is different here. It is one of Mallorca’s most dramatic and atmospheric landscapes and once clients fall in love with this part of Mallorca, it is very rare that they ever want to leave it behind.
This is one of our specialist regions because it is deeply personal to us, we lived here for many years.
From Deià to Sóller, Valldemossa and Fornalutx, each village has its own identity and way of life. Beyond these sit Biniaraix, Estellencs and Banyalbufar, quieter, more remote but with the same sense that captures you for life.
The journey into the Tramuntana is part of the experience itself. Whether driving through Valldemossa, emerging from the Sóller tunnel into the citrus valley, winding towards Fornalutx and on to Sa Calobra and Cala Tuent, or following the coastal road between Sóller, Deià and Valldemossa, every route feels cinematic. Life in the villages is grounded and real. Local squares still host fiestas, cafés are run by the same families they always have been, produce is grown locally and sold weekly at market. It is not a version of the Mediterranean people imagine. It is the real thing, and it still exists here.
